ok, I am going to say this out loud and in public...I happen to like Wuzup God, it's kinda nice....I'm just a girl who misses having a dad, and God, well God's been like that for me....
but the other ones, too funny, Steve, is it just me, or does "Skeet" look like a Harry Shearer character?

DUDE!!!
Can you believe this shit? Well, I guess Siddharta, Mohammed, Rumi, Zarathustra and Ghandi for that matter, make folks think too much.

Cool, thanks Man, now I know what I want for Christmas!
"One Nation Under God is a 3D platform-type game where you guide Uncle Sam through the many-leveled Halls of History in quest of Liberty and to learn how America was founded as a Christian nation. Uncle Sam can jump, fly, bounce, and dodge cruise missiles while uncovering actual, researched quotes from the Founding Fathers that prove they were Christians. It is a great mixture of historical learning and fun 3D action for the whole family" -I gotta get me one of these. And what does the term "strizzle on the whizzle" mean? I'm scared.

Looks like they're having fun and it's positive, so God bless 'em.
Religion or science, choose your illusion.

Lyn,
I think the line you ment to use is the "wizzle on the strizzle" translation "the word on the street". I'm some what fluent on the shizzle my nizzal. Check out asksnoop.com you will laugh SOOOOOO hard.

First off... RIP Dimebag and all other wiped out by that MF'n psycho)...
Secondly...Steve, I just wanted to express my props to you. I've been a Jane's fan forever, and, frankly, I was originally weary about the rest of the boys teaming up with someone that's not Perry for a new band. However, I've seen all 3 Panic Channel shows, and the one thing that keeps reentering my mind is how perfectly you fit with the rest of the band. I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by your voice, range and enthusiasm. I just wanted to say that I'm so happy that my favorite musicians paired with someone with such skill and verve. I'll get off your jock now. Just felt obligated to express my thanks for 3 awesome shows. Can't wait for the next one and the new album...
Much peace and love -
Scott Perham
ps. you ever hear of a band from a couple years ago called Unified Theory?

Hey Fidel
I'm God and you see, you can’t experience the kind of happiness I want for you if you’re letting hate fill your heart. There’s no justifying hate…not even if someone has done something totally bogus to you. In fact, I’m asking you to act in the opposite extreme of your feelings…I want you to LOVE them…love them into changing. The only way to get rid of hate in the world is by winning those who choose to hate over with love. Sometimes it is a slow process and it takes some hard work and guts. But if I'm willing to do it, so should you.
I'm everybody's Homey and hate is not my rap.
-PEACE-

hey steve
first time posting here and i have to echo what scott perham said. i too am a jane's fan and was interested to see dave's new band and i was blown away! i don't know where the negativity i see towards TPC comes from (and in light of what happened to dime i hope those other "fans" realise they should be happy the people they like are making music, even if not with the singer they choose - hope that makes sense..) but you guys really are good! REALLY good! and i have to say "night one" really blew me away!! that song is amazing! i eagerly wait to hear the rest of the song cycle!
anyway, i just wanted to say i really respect your art and i hope TPC gets all the success that the talent involved deserves! hopefully i'll be able to see you guys again (in one country or another!)
oh, and happy holidays!
ps.. just a quick question - how much of night one is yours and how much is the result of jamming the tune?
pss.. hey sarah!

Posted by: Cori | December 14, 2004 08:56 AM
Cori -- I was wondering the same thing. I hope he's all right. He was the first person I worried about after the Dimebag incident. In his position I'd definitely be wary, but then, I'm probably way off base. Maybe he's Christmas shopping or songwriting or um.. well whatever. So long as he's happy and safe.

Hey Steve, more websites please!!
I have been thinking about you and the lovely Larissa, have you gone to see the Christmas light show the DWP puts on in Griffith Park? Very ooohh and aaahhh!!!

We haven't checked out the lights yet....is it in the actual park? Do they have special hours? I would love to get the particulars from you. Also...whatever happened to the doggie photos? And for those wondering...Steve is ok...not to worry...just experiencing computer issues and working on music. If I don't talk to you guys before the holidays...much love to all the TPC Family...hugs to Jezzi, Blanca, Wendybird, Abby, Sarah, and Mortisha!!!! Peace and Love and I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.

Riss!
Here's the run down on the light show
Dates:
December 14-23
The Experience
This annual festival, attended by more than 300,000 Angelenos, turns the north side of Griffith Park into a delightful traffic jam once the sun goes down. Families and courting couples queue up in their cars for the chance to drive slowly up Crystal Springs Road, oohing and aahing over the tacky, silly and downright impressive light displays created by Department of Water and Power employees. Local attractions like the Hollywood sign, the L.A. Zoo and Staples Center are celebrated, along with traditional seasonal imagery. Even the most jaded city dweller will be awestruck driving through the tunnel of a million twinkling lights.
Facts
Spectators can also make the one-mile walk along the route if the line for cars gets too long. During late evening (particularly on weekends), drivers can expect to wait up to an hour.
(from the link in the name below)
Posted by: mortisha8 | December 14, 2004 07:47 PM
oh and it's usually open from 5pm to 10pm and on weekends (Fri & Sat mostly, but Sundays sometimes, too)
Posted by: mortisha8 | December 14, 2004 07:53 PM
ooh, Mouse, thanks hon, I knew you'd have the 411~~
Riss, remember, I am the one with the disposable camera and wobbly hands, and the dog that won't sit still. will try to make second attempt...we both have matching antlers, wanted to make it a 'family' photo, but Mike will have no part of it....it's all good, at least we are all getting along now, and I couldn't ask for a better Christmas gift...
Hugs back at you, Larissa!!!

no problem guys, happy to be of service...
I also recommend Hastings Ranch. That area is really nice, it's out in Pasadena (somewhere near by where I work.. as soon as I find out exactly where I'll let you know). It's a whole area of really nice houses where each street has a theme that they decorate in.
All this Christmas decoration talk reminds me of when I lived in Chicago where almost every Christmas we would go out to this ritzy town with really nice big houses called Bellwood. We would drive around with our jaws dropped, the houses were so amazingly decorated, with real snowmen and everything.

a better link to the Griffith park light festival- http://www.dwplightfestival.com
stuff in Pasadena:
6:00 - 11:00 PM. UPPER HASTINGS RANCH, PASADENA. Each block of the area competes, creating displays with a common theme. Upper Hastings Ranch is bordered by Michillinda Avenue to the East, Sierra Madre Blvd. to the South and Riveria Drive to the West. From the 210 Freeway, take Michillinda Blvd. North to the lights.
(click on name below for link to map)
6:00 - 11:00 PM. CHRISTMAS TREE LANE. Three blocks of Deadora trees decorated with colored lights. From downtown Pasadena, drive north on Lake Avenue, turn left on Woodbury and right on Santa Rosa to Altadena Drive.
6:00 - 11:00 PM. THE BALIAN HOUSE, ALTADENA. This display includes 10,000 colored lights and numerous holiday depictions all over the front and side lawns of the 3 1/2 acre property. To reach the Balian house from Christmas Tree Lane, turn right on Altadena Drive and travel to Allen Avenue. Make a right turn on Allen and a left on Mendocino.

So I just wanted to say that I hope the both of you have an enjoyable holiday. That you are surrounded by your loved ones, you don't eat too much turkey, you have some time to rock out here and there, put some guitar riffs together LOL! As always, be safe and be well. I am also wishing that all the people who post here (you know who you are!) a safe and enjoyable holiday as well!!!

They are both at this moment climbing all over me, wondering why I'm up so late...
