Google Maps is insane. They just added satellite photos. Unreal. Here is the Las Vegas strip. Click and play around. I am starting to believe that Google is just a front for a highly developed alien race.

Too Funny. I actually saw that someone has posted the number to the payphone next to them. When I get home I will post it up. Maybe Steve can call and record some of his questions with them. I forgot the name of the site I saw it at, but have it bookmarked at home.

Good to see Crispin working again and that he's really pulled that personal insanity thing together to make a film about, hmmm, INSANITY? It looks like a NIN video. He's aged a bit since the days of River's Edge, one of my all time fav flicks (Dennis Hopper or'Feck'-"I used to eat so much pussy when I was your age my beard looked like a glazed donut"-LOL). Crispin's looking like an anorexic Robert Plant.

Oh, pray you never have to endure an indoor termite swarm. It's the stuff nightmares are made of. [/voice of experience]

The bright side to you finally being done with recording, is you can now post these awesome links, a peek into "what makes Steve tick?" You should really do some kind of column for an online mag, like Steve's picks of the week!!!
just a thought

Termites suck, but they need 3 things to live, darkness, damp conditions, and wood. Make sure the water drainage is proper around the abode. This is usually the source of the problem. Of course, if you've been subject to entire hills being swept away in mud slides, that point may be moot.

Steve--
Tough break on Hollywood Hold'em at Shannon Elizabeth's house(I'm watching it on tv right now). I could tell by the look on your face after that big hand that you must have been really bummed about it.

Aaarrgghhh!!! What a bad break Steve...I thought for sure you had it when those pocket aces came up....heartbreaking.
Well...at least you and Dave got first dibs on all the pizza :D

Steve,
I hope you make the girl who won (Heather?) hold up her promise to you…I quote…”If I win, I’ll pay your rent for a month”. Make her pay! I was rooting for you (sorry, Dave!).

Steve,
I caught you on Hollywood Hold 'Em last night...I knew you during a brief period way back when as a result of being friends with Steve Harris of Mad Hatter fame. Question is: Do you know what became of Harris?
Thanks,
Tim

"Hollywood Hold 'Em" sucks. Boring, awkward and just pure "celebrity" crap. I turned it off when Shannon started coaching her friend -- totally ruined any poker credibility the show had.
Posted by: Mike | April 8, 2005 12:45 PM
Yeah, I didn't dig the Hollywood Hold 'Em much either. I mean Celebrity Poker Showdown has it's chatty celebrity stuff too, but Hollywood just isn't a good mix between the chat and the poker and it looked as though you weren't enjoying yourself.

Steve, thank you so much for letting me know about those maps. They are absolutely fantastic. I'm from Australia and for the past hour have just been searching US cities, it's amazing.
