So Long and Farewell
For the time being, I am going to shut down this blog.
Having this outlet, and our communication has been really really great, and I thank you all for the time you have spent here, and the thoughts you have shared in the comments section. This blog might be back in the future, but for the moment, all my energy will go into thepanicchannel.com, the album artwork, and getting the record ready for release. I will still be around the community.
Love and best wishes to you all!!!
The best is yet to come.
as for steveisaacs.com ... it will still be alive.

Really looking forward to the new site, can't wait to see what you've dreamed up for us, but I've just got to say, I'll miss the 'ole blog here. Coming here to see if you'd posted a new topic, the wild links you've shared, and your insight into the birth of a band has been one of the coolest things I've ever seen online. Personally revealing your thoughts and emotions, doubts, achievements, highs, lows, is something you never had to do, and I certainly do thank YOU for the time and efforts you put in here. I feel like singing that Carol Burnett song she had at the end of her show, "I'm so glad we had this time, together...". I know the new site will be badass, and you aren't going anywhere, but still, this was a little place I could go that, along with everyone else that visits probably feels, kinda felt was their own hideaway or escape. My only wish is that everyone out there could know that you are truly one of the kindest, gentlest, intelligent, artistic, and just downright coolest guys on the planet on a personal level, but you always spoke and wrote so eloquently, I'm sure that vibe came across on it's own. Peace, and we'll see you around the community, Bro!

Nooo! Gonna miss that!
But hey thats true, there are gonna be really important things you're gonna have to take care of soon; and I'm sure the Panicchannel.com, the artwork and the record will benefit of your hard work.
Good luck, and we've put your trust in you ;-)
PS: iPod VIDEO on Oct12th!!!! I know it is! Apple Events...Stop*****************

Thanks for the time spent here Steve! This has been a really great forum. Definitely worthwhile to pop by daily and see if anything new was up. Great links, funny posts, and something new to read in the Book links, not bad lad, not bad at all. See you at the Community. Have fun with the recording ang launch of the new site!

Farewell and Good Luck Steve. Its been a pleasure to read your updates and your insight into the music biz. You deserve many great things.
And the ability to post questions or reactions to your posts has been great. Now I guess I need to go to the forums more. Been just kind of a reader with a few posts here on your site.
Look forward to seeing more live shows and maybe meeting and speaking with you again after a show.

Steve-
Best wishes to you too! I just wanted to say a sincere "Thank you." I have enjoyed reading about you, the evolution of this band, and this journey that you are on. I am bummed, because well... my mornings are not going to be the same here at work, but there are bigger and better things for you just on the horizon....All I can say is Ride that wave and don’t look back. As always, be safe and be well!

:( I’m really, really going to miss this blog, Steve I don’t think you realize how much impact you’ve had. I’ve been religiously coming here for a little over a year… I truly love this place. I know this is sort of weird but it feels like home. I know that change is imminent and that there are bigger and better things to come but it’s still sad. I may not post everyday, well maybe every other day but I read this site every day. Even when I go on vacation I can’t wait to see what you write or what new thoughts or observations you had. You are a gifted writer. There are so many posts where I just thought wow. You totally opened my mind to new things… The CR post that you later took down, the follow your bliss post, the election debates and so, so many others that I totally loved. I knew that this wouldn’t go on forever but somehow I’m still shocked and sort of blindsided.
Seriously thank you for everything. I guess everyone is special in their own way and stuff but there are some people who just have this light around them and you are definitely one of those people. You are truly an amazing person, writer, singer, artist….
I could go on forever. I can’t believe I’m this sad about a “blog” ending but this place was so much more than that. I guess when something ends another begins… did I mention I’m going to be an auntie??
Thank you for everything…you are the man. I really can’t imagine this place ceasing to exist but I guess it will.

I haven't been a regular reader of your blog, Steve, but I must say than what you have posted is truly inspiring! I can't wait to see the new site - I'm sure it'll look awesome, as well as the artwork for the album.
Take care.

Take care Steve, hope everything continues to go well for you. This place has been a pleasure to read for a long time now, and it has entertained, educated and delighted us all.
Much love and best wishes

(Maybe see you around TPC sometime, or actually in person once you get your sorry arses over to the UK - hurry up!)

Thanks for the blog, Steve. I've been mostly a lurker, but I've enjoyed your writing, comments, and observations about the formation of the band and life in general.
While I'm looking forward to the new Panic Channel site, I will miss the intimacy of this. Few people are as willing to share their lives, for good or ill, as you have. And I for one have gained inspiration and wisdom.
That said, rock on! And see if the Panic Channel might add Rochester, NY to their first U.S. tour. Or even Buffalo. Somewhere I could drive to.
