I use Cetaphil as well. It helps for eczema and really dry skin. Aveeno is pretty cool too.

Okay, so I noticed you take Meletonin...I also take it to help me sleep and another natural sleep aid is valerian root (just a little warning, the smell is awful). Pleasant dreams!
